I am a local food enthusiast, customer service fanatic and culinary photographer. Thank you for visiting my website. I began my Culinary journey in the 80's as a busboy in classy local restaurant. I quickly fell in love with great food, service and hospitality. Within a year I was enrolled in the four year Culinary Arts program at Johnson & Wales University. After college I spent a number of years managing restaurants before I landed a job in catering sales for a top DC Catering company. There I learned about event planning, sales and developing relationships. After a family relocation to Pennsylvania I found myself Directing the Catering operations at Vanguard. Currently I am facilitating team events for a national team building company. In addition I teach cooking classes, host pop up dinners and cater private events.

Travel throughout the country to present groups of corporate executives a unique ice experience. Demonstrate carving techniques, lead, and coach participant teams to create their own ice sculptures. Plan logistics and work directly with planners to create an exclusive and entertaining event.

Responsible for all onsite catering operations for Vanguard's headquarters with an employee base of greater than 10K. Increased catering revenues by 20% over a three year period exceeding $1.75 million. Created and led a team of 12 full time employees including an Executive Chef and Catering Manager.

Catering Sales Manager

Top Sales person and marketer for Washington DC's Premier Catering Company. Generated annual catering sales to $1.8 million while leading a team of junior sales people and assistants. Created Unique events both large in small is some of the Hottest DC venues.

Culinary Demonstrator

Represented the University's admissions department at national food shows and high schools throughout the New England area. Offered entertaining and educational culinary demonstrations designed to peak students interest in the university and careers in the Culinary Arts.
